How are fares calculated?
Our pricing is strictly metered, combining a standard base fare with a transparent per-kilometer rate. This ensures you only pay for the distance you travel, with no hidden estimations or rounded-up guesses.
Are there extra charges for night travel or surge times?
We believe in absolute transparency. Unlike most apps, we do not apply hidden surge pricing during peak hours. Night charges, if applicable for long-distance routes, are clearly communicated upfront and metered fairly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value flexibility for our riders. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup incur no charge. For late cancellations or no-shows, a small convenience fee may apply to compensate our committed chauffeurs.
What payment methods do you accept?
To make your travel seamless, we accept a variety of payment options including major credit/debit cards, popular digital UPI wallets, and cash directly to the chauffeur at the end of your trip.
Are tolls and parking included in the fare?
The metered fare covers the distance and time of your commute. Additional external costs like state highway tolls, bridge taxes, and airport parking fees are to be paid separately by the passenger based on actual usage.
